European Alternatives is launching a new ‘train the trainer’ series, entitled ‘Migrant & Black, Indigenous and People of Colour Organising‘.
The training series aims to transfer knowledge of social change into and across communities, social movements and workplaces. It is designed as a 9-part series for facilitators, mediators, trainers, community leaders, caregivers and anyone who is involved in facilitating or holding space in their political and social change work. It will give the participants methodological, process and relational insights about how they can implement the tools, methods and knowledge into their own practice.
The initiative is offered online and free of charge over 6 weeks in September and October, with the following topics:

- The key to power – Henrique Lody (30.09.2024)
- Repression and holistic security in the training room and beyond (2.10.2024)
